Submit Manuscript_The George Washington Law Review Arguendo_ publishes original articles and essays directly to the internet in a timely manner. Publications are syndicated on platforms such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, and HeinOnline.
_Arguendo_ prefers submissions that are:
- Approximately 8,000 words or fewer, including footnotes (exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis)
- Concerning a timely and topical issue
- In reasonable compliance with the Bluebook (22nd ed.)

_Arguendo_ also accepts submissions via email to gwlrarguendo@law.gwu.edu. Manuscripts submitted via Scholastica need not be submitted via email.
